Summary: It all gets to much sometimes and sometimes people need someone to just listen. Kurt finds help in the form of a mysterious caller who he is introduced to via a teen help hotline.
Notes: Takes place over a span of a couple of months. Enjoy!

“Have you ever fallen in love with some one you can’t have?” There is static over the phone until the deep voice answers.

“Yes, I think everyone does.” The final part was meant to make Kurt feel normal but it doesn’t.

“Does it hurt this much all the time?” The silence is back a little longer than before.

“What hurts?” This time it’s Kurt’s turn to be quiet.

“My heart.” Some where in the world some ones line goes dead as Kurt stares at his phone in blank exhaustion.

“I thought about killing myself today.”

“You shouldn’t. I know it seems bad now-”

“But it gets better. I know.”

“So why?”

“Because I miss her.”

“Who?”

“My mother.” Its silent and Kurt just stares at his beige comforter waiting for something to happen.
